You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving it, unless a legal exception applies. You can use the form below to notify me that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. Once I receive your notification, I will provide further instructions on returning your order.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised products that are made specifically for you. At the moment, this applies to personalised name bracelets. Once production has started, these products cannot be cancelled or returned.
