Refund policy

Return Period

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

To exercise this right, you must notify me within these 14 days that you wish to return your order. After that, you have a further 14 days to return the item.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • the item must be unworn and unused;
  • the item must be in the same condition as when it was received;
  • the item must be returned in its original packaging;
  • proof of purchase is required.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned:

  • personalized products made specifically for you, such as personalised name bracelets;

  • gift cards.

If you are unsure whether your order qualifies for a return, please contact me before returning it.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact me as soon as possible at shop@fromundertherafters.nl so that I can assess the situation and work with you to find an appropriate solution.

Exchanges

Would you like a different item?

Please return the original item in accordance with this policy and place a new order.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued within 10 business days using the original payment method.

Please note that it may take several additional business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
