Order Processing Times

Regular Jewellery

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 3 to 5 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Custom and Made-to-Order Jewellery

Custom-made items, such as custom ear cuffs and personalized name bracelets, require additional processing time. The estimated production time is listed on the relevant product page.

Production begins after payment has been received.

Shipping Rates

The Netherlands

Free shipping on orders over €75.

Orders below €75: €4.95.

Estimated delivery time after dispatch: usually 1 to 2 business days.

European Union

Free shipping on orders over €150.

Orders below €150: €9.95.

Estimated delivery time after dispatch: usually 3 to 7 business days.

Iceland

Free shipping on orders over €150.

Orders below €150: €13.95.

Other Countries

Shipping is currently available to:

United Arab Emirates, Australia, Canada, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Hong Kong SAR (China), Israel, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Norway, New Zealand, Singapore and the United States.

Free shipping on orders over €150.

Orders below €150: €15.95.

United States – Import Duties

For orders shipped to the United States, any applicable import duties are paid in advance by me. As a result, you should not be charged additional import fees upon delivery.

The exact costs may vary between shipments. Shipping rates and prices may be adjusted in the future based on experience and changes in regulations or carrier costs.

Shipping Carrier

Orders are normally shipped via PostNL.

During busy periods or exceptional circumstances, another carrier may be used if it offers comparable conditions and a more reliable or faster delivery service.

Tracking Information

Tracking information is provided for every order containing physical products.

The tracking number will be sent by email once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier. Please allow up to one business day for tracking information to become active.

Customs and Import Charges

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise. For orders shipped to the United States, I pay any applicable import duties in advance.

Personal Delivery

For orders of €30 or more, personal delivery is available within a 5-kilometer radius of Utrecht.

If this option is available for your order, it will automatically be shown during checkout.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is not available. All orders are shipped or personally delivered when eligible.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact me at shop@fromundertherafters.nl as soon as possible so I can work with you to find an appropriate solution.
