Mystery custom ear cuffs

These ear cuffs are custom-made based on your choices for metal wire, theme, length and colour palette.

Each pair is handmade. As a result, each design is unique, and details may differ from those shown in the photos.

Production time

Because these ear cuffs are made to order, the production time is 2 to 4 weeks.

Production starts after the order has been placed.

Length

The selected length refers to the longest strand, measured from the ear cuff.

For the Feathers theme, it is not possible to select a length. Feathers are natural materials and vary in shape and size. The final length is therefore determined by the feathers used. Care is taken to ensure that both ear cuffs have a similar overall length.

For other themes, a length can be selected. Because each design is assembled by hand and depends on the beads and charms used, the final length may vary slightly.

Materials & Care

You can choose from three wire options for the base of the ear cuffs:

• Copper
  Copper wire with a tarnish-resistant coating.
• Stainless Steel
  Silver-coloured stainless steel wire. It does not oxidise but may darken over time when exposed to lotions, oils or perfume.
• Gold-Coloured (Silver-Plated Gold)
  Copper wire coated with pure silver, finished with a gold-coloured layer and a transparent tarnish-resistant coating. The colour is similar to 14-carat gold.
  

Themes

Most charms are silver-coloured. Feathers also come with silver-coloured attachments. These colours are not adjusted to match the selected wire colour.

When selecting Maker's Choice, I may use charms and metal beads that match the chosen metal colour where possible.

The charms shown in the photos are examples. A design may include different charms or metal beads that suit the selected theme and the materials available at the time.

Base Materials

The colour of head pins, jump rings and other findings is matched to the selected wire colour.

For copper wire, antique copper-coloured findings are used.

Bead Materials

Most beads are made of glass.

You can also choose natural stone or Swarovski crystals. Swarovski crystals are also made of glass but have a stronger sparkle than standard faceted beads.

Size

The ear cuffs are made for standard-sized ears.

They are slightly adjustable for a comfortable fit but are not intended for significant size differences. If you are unsure about the fit, please contact me before placing your order.

These ear cuffs are made to order.

Minor variations in colour, shape and composition are a natural part of handmade work and form part of the design.

The photos show examples of previous designs. Your ear cuffs will be created based on your selections and the materials available at the time. My style and quality standards will always remain the starting point.
