This one-of-a-kind necklace combines warm autumn tones with a unique story. Each component has been carefully selected, coming together in a piece you will not find anywhere else.
Materials & origin
Unless otherwise noted, all materials come from the stock of the former hobby shop.
Open rings: rare and perfect for placing beads in between.
Faceted glass beads: in assorted colors and sizes. The packaging may have faded, but the beads still sparkle beautifully.
Seed beads by Darice: in orange and transparent rainbow, holding the larger beads in place.
Gold-colored ice pearls: glass beads with a luxurious marbled finish.
Imitation leather cord: 100% synthetic in warm brown, soft and flexible to wear.
Newly purchased materials: wire guardian, clasp with extension chain, crimp beads, and macramé thread in assorted colors, used as essential finishing elements.
Unique leaf pendant: discovered during a trip to the Czech Republic, this is the only piece I could find.
Size
The inner strand of the necklace measures approx. 49 cm. The extension chain allows the length to be adjusted so the necklace can sit lower.
Style & inspiration
The design is inspired by an original piece from Hobbiesjop Johring, my parents’ former craft store. Just like then, this necklace is all about a creative mix of materials with a hint of autumn.
