Tawny Owl Ear cuffs

Tawny Owl is a set of handmade ear cuffs featuring a flying owl, feathers and faceted glass beads in warm shades of bronze, orange, copper, yellow and brown.

These ear cuffs are for lovers of owls, forests and jewellery with a warm fantasy-inspired look. They pair well with woodland and autumn outfits, fantasy clothing, festivals and events. No piercings are needed to wear these ear cuffs; they sit comfortably over your ears.

Materials

Unless stated otherwise, all materials come from the former craft shop.

• Faceted glass beads measuring 4 mm, 6 mm and 8 mm in bronze, orange, copper, yellow and brown.
• Silver-coloured metal charms in the shape of a flying owl (newly purchased).
• Silver-coloured metal charms in the shape of a feather (newly purchased).
• Stainless steel eye pins and head pins (newly purchased).
• Stainless steel wire (newly purchased).
• Metal jump rings.

Size

The longest strand measures approximately 8 cm.

The ear cuffs are slightly flexible and can easily be adjusted to the shape of your ear for a comfortable fit.

The ear cuffs weigh approximately 9 grams each.

As every pair is handmade, small differences may occur in the distribution of colours and the exact placement of beads and components.

Style & Inspiration

Tawny Owl is inspired by the warm colours of owl feathers and striking orange eyes between the branches. The combination of brown, copper, yellow and orange beads gives the set a woodland-inspired appearance.

This set contrasts with Night Owl, which focuses on the dark colours of the night sky.
